The house is about 480 square meters, simplex home, built around a large leafy atrium, with open plan living areas and three en suite bedrooms. It has a pool and a tennis court. Golf is also obviously available, and there are squash courts too.

Umhlanga beach is a 12 minute drive away, as is the Umhlanga Rocks "Village" area with numerous restaurants and bars. Durban city and the new soccer stadium is a 20 minute drive away. There is extremely good security on this estate. There are boomed gates with access cards and good systems for visitors.
